To place an order on Fakahany, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal and delivery information, including your full name, valid Egyptian mobile phone number, email address, and detailed shipping address.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• You agree to accept responsibility for all orders and activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false delivery details or engage in fraudulent or abusive ordering behavior.

Fakahany specializes in 100% real whole fruits coated in our signature tangy crunchy candy shell and frozen to perfection. Because our products are temperature-sensitive frozen food items:

• Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes; as we use natural real fruits, slight variations in fruit size or shape may naturally occur.
• Products must be stored immediately in a freezer at -18°C or below upon receipt to preserve their signature crunch and food safety.
• All products are subject to availability in the nearest fulfillment branch covering your selected delivery zone.

All product prices, delivery fees, and order totals displayed on Fakahany are quoted and charged exclusively in Egyptian Pounds (EGP / ج.م) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with Egyptian tax regulations.

Shipping and delivery fees vary according to your selected governorate and district and are clearly itemized at checkout before you confirm and pay for your order.

We offer convenient and secure payment options at checkout:

• Online Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard, and Meeza credit/debit cards processed securely via Paymob.
• Digital & Mobile Wallets: Supported Egyptian mobile wallets and InstaPay options where applicable.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash directly to our delivery courier upon receiving your order.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order reference number (e.g., FKH-...) and a confirmation email. You may track your order status at any time via our Track Order page.

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched from our store.
• Registered customers earn Fakahany Loyalty Points on completed orders, which can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases according to our store rewards rules.
• Promotional coupon codes are subject to their validity period, minimum order value, and usage limits.

All content on this website—including the Fakahany name, logos, mascot illustrations, product photography, graphics, typography, and software—is the exclusive property of Fakahany and is protected by Egyptian and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Fakahany shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from improper storage of frozen products after delivery or delays caused by inaccurate address details provided by the customer.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
