Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Fakahany, our candy-coated frozen fruit snacks must arrive at your doorstep ice-cold and crunchy. Every order is dispatched from the nearest local branch covering your zone using specialized thermal insulation to maintain optimal sub-zero temperatures throughout transit.

We currently offer direct express delivery across covered districts in Cairo and Giza within the Arab Republic of Egypt:

• Cairo Covered Zones: Including New Cairo (Tagamoa), Nasr City, Heliopolis, Maadi, Mokattam, Zamalek, Downtown, Garden City, Rehab, Madinaty, Sheraton, Obour, Shorouk, and surrounding covered districts.
• Giza Covered Zones: Including Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, Mohandessin, Dokki, Agouza, Haram, Faisal, Hadayek Al-Ahram, and Smart Village.
• Zone Verification at Checkout: When selecting your governorate and district at checkout, our system automatically checks coverage and routes your order to the designated fulfillment branch.

Because we deliver frozen products via express local couriers, our standard delivery timeframes are:

• Express Delivery Time: 45 to 90 minutes from order confirmation during active store operating hours.
• Operating Hours: Daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Cairo Local Time).
• Peak Hours & Weather Conditions: During peak evening hours, public holidays, or severe weather conditions, delivery times may vary slightly. Our team will keep you updated if any delay occurs.

Shipping fees are calculated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP / ج.م) based on your selected governorate and district:

• The exact delivery fee for your zone is displayed clearly in the Order Summary at checkout before you confirm your order or complete online payment.
• No hidden delivery charges or surprise fees are added after checkout.
• From time to time, Fakahany may offer free or discounted shipping promotions or coupon codes.

Once your order is placed, you receive a unique Order Reference Number (e.g., FKH-...).

• Live Order Status: Visit our Track Order page (/track) at any time and enter your Reference Number to view real-time status updates (Pending, Confirmed, Out for Delivery, Delivered).
• Courier Contact: Please ensure your mobile phone number is accurate and reachable so our delivery captain can contact you upon arrival.
• Immediate Freezer Storage: Upon receiving your order, please place the packs immediately in your freezer (-18°C or below) if you are not consuming them right away.

Because our products are frozen and perishable, the delivery courier will attempt to contact you by phone upon arriving at your address. If the customer cannot be reached after multiple attempts or if an inaccurate address was provided, the order may be returned to the branch and cancelled.
